To make it easy for me and you, I charge for weddings and events by the piece. This makes it easy to add or drop items up to 2 weeks before your event.
All flowers are guaranteed to me from the grower and my wholesale floral supplier so I can guarantee freshness and quality of the flowers to you.
$100 non-refundable deposit to hold the date which will be applied to your total flower order.
1/2 down of the remaining total is due 6 weeks prior to the date of the wedding or event.
The remaining total of the wedding or event must be paid-in-full 2 weeks prior to the date of the event. Flowers will not be ordered until they are paid-in-full by this date and a 10% service charge will be assessed for late order of flowers and supplies. I will supply you a fee schedule when payments are due to make this clear for both of us.
Delivery/Set-up fees are included for all events inside the Portland and Greater Clackamas Oregon Area. Outside those areas, a delivery fee will be assessed.
Rental items like mirrors, altar pieces, containers and vases will need to be replaced at full cost by you if returned damaged or they are lost.
For destination weddings/events - arrangements can be made to pick-up flowers from me at my design studio the night before or the morning of your event or wedding. An additional fee for transport boxes and packing of flowers will be assessed unless other arrangements have been made.
Memorial Tribute's and Floral Gifts can be ordered with 24 hour notice to me. Because of freshness I don't keep a supply of flowers on hand. Availability of certain flowers and colors may vary. Also keep in mind that flowers are natures gift to us so we are at the mercy of mother nature on flowers and plants. I will do my best to track it down for you. A delivery fee will be assessed.
Tropical Flowers and Island Lei's. I also have resources to purchase these too! Lei's can be locally made or sent from Hawaii with traditional hawaiian flowers that stay very fresh during shipping.
